catering policiesOur catering services include drop off , set up and full service catering. On & Of Premise.We prefer to serve buffet style for larger groups, 50 or more, but plated service is always an option. Full beverage service available. Please see beverage service policies for details. Plastic ware is included in our catering prices. Glassware, linen, china etc. is available starting at $2/person. A 40% deposit on the event is required when the menu is finalized. This will be non-refundable should the event be canceled within 30 days of the event. A final guest count is needed 7 days before the event. This is the guaranteed number we will use to prepare and charge for your event. If we do not receive a final count we will use original or calculated count, whichever is greater. Server fees are a minimum of $105 per server, based on 3 hours of service, or $35/hr, which ever is more. Server charges start at arranged time of guest arrival. Set up fee minimum of $50 per event. $50 or 5% charge whichever is more on food,beverage & rental for all catering that involves china, tables, chairs, tents etc. A 3% resort tax & 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill. All menu prices are per person unless otherwise noted. Prices subject to change prior to menu finalization. A deposit of $175 is required to hold a date. This will be non refundable if you do not cancel 30 days before hold date. Drop off delivery fee $25.
